DOWNCOOL Cooling Memory Foam Pillow

  • This pillow set arrives vacuum compressed. Before use, gently pat the pillows to fluff up and allow 24 hours for full expansion to restore its original fluffy shape.

  • The pillow is filled with a blend of memory foam and soft polyester fiber. A slight odor is normal and temporary due to vacuum compression and foam properties. Air it out for 24–48 hours before use, and the smell will fade gradually.

  • The pillow provides cool-to-touch feeling, not active cooling. Temperature, body heat, extra pillowcases may reduce the cooling effect. We recommend NOT adding an extra pillowcase. Choose cooling pillow helps reduce overheating for refreshing sleep.

  • Comfort varies based on body type, sleeping position and personal preference. We designed a side zipper opening so you can remove filling to adjust the pillow to your ideal height and firmness.
