QUESTION 1 - What does it feel like the first morning?
Marcus, 41, described it this way: "I woke up and just lay there for a minute. I was waiting for the usual stiffness in my neck. It didn't come. I checked the time — it was 6:47 AM. I hadn't slept past 6 in three years."
-
QUESTION 2 - What was wrong with his old pillow?
Nothing, technically. It was a standard memory foam pillow — the kind that gets recommended everywhere. It was just too flat. Night after night, his neck bent forward and his muscles compensated, until ibuprofen became part of his morning routine.
-
QUESTION 3 - What changed?
The contour. Our pillow has a lower zone for the neck and a higher zone for the head — so the cervical curve is supported, not flattened. Marcus removed the middle layer on the second night (his shoulders are narrower). He hasn't adjusted it since.
-
QUESTION 4: What if the height is wrong for me?
It probably will be — the first night. That is expected. Most people remove the middle layer on night 2 or 3. The zipper takes 30 seconds. You are not stuck with the height it ships at. You are the one who sets it.
-
QUESTION 5: Will it hold its shape after months of use?
We hear this concern a lot — and we built the answer into the design. Solid foam does not compress. Take a layer out, put it back — same shape, every time. Wash the cover whenever you need to. The pillow stays the same. That is the point.
